Hatchery

Our work is about ideas, and occasionally we incubate those ideas internally. The Hatchery is a studio-like environment that allows Changeist and its partners not just to talk, but to do. It's a place where we develop innovative product and service ideas and find a safe space in which to ideate and collaborate.

Recent concepts that have moved into the Hatchery include:

Smartspace - A framework and methodology for tracking cities' and regions' progress toward development of smart infrastructure and services to improve the lives of citizens and stakeholders. 

Wellplay - A combination of wellness and communications technology and applications that harness social and intergenerational connections to encourage healthy behavior.

Reversalist - A new multiclient project designed to examine the “downscaling” of consumer lifestyles in the face of global social, technological, economic and environmental constraints. Our goal is to shine a light on emerging trends in these areas, examining not only the “what” and “why,” but also to dig deeper into the implications of these changes for companies that depend on serving growing consumption.
