Playing the Long Name Game
Yesterday I posted a lighthearted essay on personal forecasting—in the form of baby names—over at the World Future Society’s blog. The piece, called “SEO Your New Baby,” is a (satirical) meditation on trends toward ever-escalating status seeking, machine readability, and hedging bets for the distant future.
